IMPLEMENTING 2024 RESOLUTIONS

For most of us it has become a culture to come up with New Years Resolutions just like it is a culture for every organization to formulate their annual workplans and budgets. These equally are linked to Resolutions.

Now that the year 2024 is in full swing, most of us have begun implementing these resolutions and workplans however, what are some of the most key considerations we must take into account for us to effectively achieve our target for the year 2024?

1. Mind your own business: Most often we are pressured to compare ourselves with others, envying others, and wanting to copy from others. As we journey in into 2024, we must realize that our paths are not tied to anyone else's. We have to draw our own path and navigate our own challenges and successes. Suffice to say, we need others for inspiration and building our bridges but that does not mean without them we can not be who we want to be.
2. Learn from others and create positive networks: Learning does not end. Equally, learning from other people's mistakes and success is the wisest thing some could ever do. Additionally, someone said; "your network is your net worthy". No man is an island and therefore, positive networks are key for your to achieve you goals and resolutions. For effective learning and access to information, positive networks cannot be overemphasized.
3. Be Optimistic: Despite the challenges and economic pressures being faced globally, there is need for positivity and optimism knowing that in every challenge there is always an opportunity to achieve and contribute positively to humanity. You hope should not die out, be resolute in your pursuit for success and put on the coat of tenacity that refuses to die in the midst of pressure.
