#Impactful Management

We keep hearing the managing, management, Top management and Decision making management either by structure or by function.

What we mean by this. In most of the cases, unquestioningly accept and follow. Is that the mode that we need to follow.

Get to the point, management should be by the talent, caliber and the capacity to deliver. Not by vasta or by chance. Having said that how the organization, irrespective of its size or the portfolio, that needs to be managed. Does it involve the human factor or mechanical tuning.

Counting on my experience, strategic decision making is exceptional in nature, however the most routine and tactical tasks can be standardized to follow by people of medicore experience, but needs to be advised on a regular basis to achieve the desired results.

Going by length, does the professionals alone make the dias, not necessarily the case. A subtle head can make the rope, provided he meets the needs of the decision maker/s though of short term or immediate in nature.

Sustainability goes with the professional strength, at time making the unpopular decision. I leave it to the prerogative of individuals.
