Impactful Innovation

Recently, I've had quite a few people ask me what I love about working at Pindrop. It's indeed a good question to ask your prospect employer. Interestingly, I realized that in all occasions I've instantly responded with a smile on my face and excitement in my voice: "What I love the most about Pindrop is our people, our technology, and our impact." No hesitation, no deviation.

But this isn't a rehearsed answer. Everyday at Pindrop we are surrounded by very bright and friendly people, and together we build extremely complex products using the latest advances in data science, machine learning, cloud computing and software engineering. In addition, we have the opportunity to know all our efforts and struggles help protect a large share of the population's hard earned assets through our realtime fraud detection and authentication solutions. As an experienced technology leader in the advanced sphere of data analytics and artificial intelligence, I am inspired to solve large scale problems that have societal impact. But I wouldn't be entirely truthful if I didn't say that I'm also highly driven and motivated by the technology itself. To put things into perspective, our applications are powered by our advanced Data Analytics platform that processes billions of data events (audio and non audio) and determines in realtime if a voice interaction is deemed high risk, or if the person is who they claim to be. This is problem solving and engineering at its finest.

And with this simple question of what I love about my work, I am reminded that we actually protect the savings, transactions, and insurance of grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, brother sister, friend, neighbor. We are innovators and we help make this world a safer place.
