We are thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration that promises to elevate our culinary offerings and enrich your experience at Impact Hub Zürich. This autumn, we introduce our Business Lunch by Esther Kern & Marcel ?sterreich.
A New Culinary Experience
Food expert Esther Kern, alongside renowned chef Marcel ?sterreich, will be curating our Business Lunch offerings at Kraftwerk from October 1st to November 29. This partnership will bring your food experience at Kraftwerk to a new level. Not only will you have the chance to taste first-hand new products, but enjoy this while knowing that what you are eating is good for the planet too! The Kraftwerk restaurant is now placing an even stronger emphasis on supporting Swiss food producers and introducing guests to products from regional manufacturers.
But this is just the beginning. Together, Marcel ?sterreich and Esther Kern are developing additional projects for Impact Hub that aim to have an impact on the sustainable food system in the Zurich area. About Esther Kern
Esther Kern is a celebrated ambassador for vegetables and sustainable enjoyment. She is a speaker, columnist, and workshop facilitator bringing plant-based trends to a broad audience. As a journalist and author, her work includes columns, articles, and the internationally acclaimed book "Leaf to Root," a must-have cookbook for vegetarian delights. Known as a vegetable scout, Esther leads the way in new plant-based trends, offering strategic advice and concepts for both B2B and B2C sectors. Additionally, she is a food entrepreneur with innovative projects like Leaf to Root? and Veg-Alp? , rethinking how we approach vegetables.
We are confident that this collaboration with Esther Kern will not only enhance our food services but also foster a deeper connection within our community, encouraging sustainable practices and innovative culinary experiences. Beyond Kraftwerk, Esther Kern will advise on food offerings at other Impact Hub locations and for corporate events, ensuring a consistent and high-quality culinary experience across all platforms.

Patagonia Storytelling?Breakfast - Activism
Just after the summer break Patagonia and Impact Hub Zürich would like to invite you to?another edition of?Storytelling Breakfast ?on September 13th to learn more?about the?benefits and impact of activism. Activism comes in many shapes and forms, but all of them aim to achieve their goals through action rather than words. This morning we will start with the short documentary film "Hearing No Objections" by the NGO Swiss Youth For Climate, which gives? thrilling insights into their work and about youth activists at COP28 in Dubai. This will be followed by an exciting panel discussion with represenatives from Swiss Youth for Climate, campax and Patagonia.?
