The Impact of Remote Work on Leadership Teams
Large technology companies have broadly embraced remote and hybrid work models and are responsible for creating work environments that allow them to operate efficiently and support employees in performing productively.??
There has been a lot of emphasis on the impact of remote and hybrid work models on employees but much less on the challenges faced by executive leaders adjusting to this new landscape.?
In this study done by Amrop , CEOs, HR leaders, and Technology heads from 12 multinational technology and IT organizations were interviewed to help understand the impact of remote and hybrid work on business performance, best practices, and the challenges executive leadership and middle management teams are facing when it comes to running teams within remote and hybrid frameworks.? ?
It was a great pleasure to be able to support this document with exceptional leaders and experts like:
Dariusz Mazurkiewicz Solvita Bru?e Karl Abbott Erik Richnák Vivek Bakshi Sandra Bichl Viera Michnova Ninoslava Petrovi? Milan Zrnic Zanda Arnava ?

11 个月Thank you ?? Sebastian for sharing this. It shows how "unskilled" yound managers could be in full remote environment. I have read this original PDF it feel like an interview only, no statistical data was involved in it. (or have I miss that?)
