?It is amazing how good after-sales service impacts improving your customer base. And how we can build a long-term relationship with them, earn their loyalty and keep their business. What we don't realize is that we consume a lot of energy to acquire customers but we leave it then and there and do no follow-ups. Because we should realize that follow-up is where the actual wealth lies.

We have to employ effective strategies to retain the existing customer base. And in turn, it will help boost the brand image and customer opinion. Of course, Complimentary gifts, Discounts, and Dinner/Iftar parties are good. But most importantly must provide them with outstanding service for them to have a long-term solution.

SOME POST-SALES SUPPORT STRATEGIES :

  1. Casual conversation(telephonic, eyeball to eyeball) with the customer to obtain genuine customer feedback.
  2. Dedicated support system for the grievance redressal regarding the company service portfolio offered to the customer.
  3. Asking them for referrals, Recommendations of our services to other organizations if possible.
  4. Find out whether the customer has any other service requirements which our organization can provide.
  5. request customers to share our links ,QR codes, and other technology tools to expand our company's cyber presence.

Better customers means higher revenue ,Greater profitability and our time, a powerful competitive advantage for the company and the brand. The best part is everybody wins.
