3 个月Open communication ensures everyone understands the big picture when getting the buy-ins from the stakeholders at the initiation and kickoff meeting phase, and organisation where there is always "an-hidden-agenda" mindset will find it difficult to have everyone on the same page where it is necessary to communicate clearly everyone's roles and responsibilities, and get feedback on the understanding and readiness for individuals' commitment.
