Our dedicated team of The Job Plus steps in, offering one-on-one counseling, unwavering support, and crucial morale boosts – a vital support system for these young individuals often far from home and facing new challenges. The remarkable ability to inspire greatness through profound connections is truly astounding. Our collection of "Stories of the Plus Initiative" stands as a testament to this transformative process.

Finally, when they are onboarded by our employer partners at their hotel units, on-the-job trainers and HR personnel take over the baton. They provide invaluable practical guidance, ensuring a smooth transition and continued learning. This multi-layered mentorship model fosters an environment of continuous support, allowing our candidates to flourish and confidently serve national and international guests.
