  • UAE CT Update | Issuance of Tax Residency Certificate for the Purposes of International Agreements

The UAE Ministry of Finance vide Ministerial Decision No 247 of 2023 has issued guidance on issuance of Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) for the purposes of an International Agreement. This Decision prescribes the format of the TRC and indicates that an application for the same will have to be made to FTA in the form and manner specified by the FTA.
