3 个月It’s an huge oversight for many companies to believe that all of their employees socialize the same. I’ve always struggled with being an introverted person while having extroverted employees take up lots of space. It’s important to be able to recognize the social dynamics and teach our teams to interact with each in a way that helps the employees feel heard resulting in greater satisfaction and productivity.
