When I joined Refactory in 2022,? I felt excited because of had always appreciated Refactory’s commitment to provide industry-driven content to its learners. It’s a space where every interaction is an opportunity to inspire and be inspired, and I’m constantly amazed at how we’re equipping problem solvers to tackle real-world challenges with empathy and innovation.
I’ve always been passionate about empowering others through knowledge sharing and hands-on skills development, so stepping into facilitating at Refactory felt like a natural progression. For me, it’s all about creating impactful learning experiences that help others unlock the learners’ potential.
Every session is a unique blend of learning, unlearning, and adapting to the ever-changing needs of both our learners and the industry. The collaborative environment here constantly pushes the learners to grow. Honestly, every session feels like a chance to inspire and be inspired.
Today’s industry is hungry for problem solvers—people who can really dig into user needs and translate them into innovative, impactful solutions. In the world of human-centered design, empathy isn’t just important; it’s essential. Companies are looking for professionals who can align user needs with business goals to create products and solutions that are functional, inclusive, and sustainable.
