What?- Impact and Convince is a leadership competency which measures the ability of a person to be precise in communication, being persuasive in effect and to express clearly. It's one of the 8 Leadership Competencies taught and measured by Kraftshala. When you craft personal stories or when you enter the interview room, this skill is the most tested.
Why?- We may ask the importance of Impact and Convince. Why is it tested? Why do we need such a skill? Intelligence without impact lack importance in this world. Show what you have got to the world! If we cannot impact and convince people about a product/service/idea or even convince a team member about a fantastic idea, leadership skills are at a toss. Corporate world comprises of tiny ants striving everyday to make a statement. But, to make a statement to the world, we need to have the convincing superpower to create a huge impact.

Allow yourself to be tested in umpteen situations to remove the feeling of fear!
