8 年Connectivity without collaboration and convergence is of little use. Today we have many employees who seem to be connected but have little understanding as to the reason. Connectivity can be facilitated by technology but collaboration, convergence, trust and team dynamics are facilitated by an organizational culture that is enabling. Organizations may have the best technology, but a poor culture can get in the way of performance, productivity and growth. Employees may be connected but also disconnected due to a poor culture leading to high attrition, increased frustration, inability to compete, increased conflict and poor morale. Connectivity is not an end in itself.
