The Impact of Coaching on Women in Leadership

The trends that have been emerging from our survey of?The Impact of Coaching on Women’s Leadership?so far clearly indicate that 2 primary issues women leaders address in coaching - which are intrinsically linked are?- self-limiting beliefs and self-confidence.

  • 69%?of our respondents indicated that a coach helped?them the most with?self-confidence (they were able to choose more than one response)
  • 69%?of our respondents indicated that a coach helped?them the most?with?self-limiting beliefs (they were able to choose more than one response)

Here are a few more interesting initial?insights from our research:

  • ?69%?of women (who took our survey) invested in developing themselves by hiring a coach
  • ?62%?of women would recommend coaching to others
  • Finally,?62%?of women would like to have more coaching to support their development as a leader

Once we close the survey on?April 30th, 2023?we will share the results of the data and some conclusions that we feel we could draw from it.
