- Retail, e-commerce, and Financial Services are expected to see the highest job losses due to their heavy reliance on data-driven decision-making and customer engagement, which are areas where AI can significantly enhance efficiency.
- The technology, software, media, and Entertainment industries will also experience substantial automation, particularly in SEO, content creation, and analytics, leading to notable job reductions.
- Healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing will see moderate impacts. While automation will occur, regulatory requirements and the need for human oversight in content and communications will mitigate total job losses.
- Education, Government and Non-profit, and Professional Services are expected to be less affected overall. These sectors value human interaction and communication, and while AI will assist in certain tasks, it is unlikely to replace roles entirely.
