Impact '16: The Digital Enlightenment: How Talent & Technology is giving birth to the 4th Industrial Revolution

This is the video of the keynote address I gave 2 weeks ago in Krakow, Poland at the Impact conference. 

Impact was a huge success with over 2000 entrepreneurs, business leaders, academics and many Polish Ministers and government officials attending. I was delighted to have been able to help the organizers with the inaugural summit. As a proud second generation Pole, it is wonderful to support the acceleration of Polish start-up ecosystem which is receiving €6 billion innovation capital over the next 4 years.

You will see ideas in this talk on why the world needs to be more united, not less. From a talent perspective, you will see why I think ?#?Brexit? is a disaster for the UK. We need more Interdependence and less Independence.
