Temos um Dep. de Qualidade que acompanha, verifica e comenta as pe?as, para depois passar as informa??es devidamente identificadas e comentadas, de forma a garantir que as corre??es nos moldes e pe?as sejam feitas de maneira adequada.

At Imoinject, a lot happens, and a lot of processes are done. Which represent added value for the entire Group.

At Imoinject, all moulds made by the Group are tested, which can be tested on machines from 80T to 1000T. Even if they are 2K, 3K (rotary plate or transfer) or transparent parts.

We are able and prepared for all of this.

We have a Dept. of Quality that accompanies, verifies, and comments on the pieces and then passes on the duly identified and commented information, in order to ensure that corrections in moulds and parts are made.

It is also here that we have our metrology department, that measure the parts.

Last but not least, we want to increasingly provide a complete service to our customers and future partners, so that we can be an ideal business partner in the production of parts.

Bei Imoinject passiert viel und viele Prozesse werden durchgeführt. Dies stellt Einen Mehrwert für die gesamte Gruppe dar.

Bei Imoinject werden alle von der Gruppe hergestellten Werkzeuge getestet, die auf Maschinen von 80T bis 1000T getestet werden k?nnen. Auch wenn es sich um 2K, 3K (Drehteller oder Transfer) oder transparente Teile handelt.

Auf all das sind wir vorbereitet und k?nne wir durchführen.

Wir verfügen über eine Qualit?tsabteilung, die Abmusterung begleitet und die Teile prüft und kommentiert, entsprechend identifizierten und kommentierten, diese Informationen werden dann ntern an die Kollegen weiter geleitet.

Um sicherzustellen, dass alle Korrekturen am Werkzeug und Teilen vorgenommen werden.

Hier haben wir auch unsere Messtechnik, die die Teile vermisst.

Und nicht zuletzt wollen wir unseren Kunden und zukünftigen Kunden zunehmend Einen Komplettservice bieten und k?nnen als Gesch?ftspartner bei der Teilefertigung ein Partner sein.
