Immunity boosting drink

This drink contains all the essential properties which help to #boost #immunity. It also helps to?

1.Prevent from cold

2.Improves skin texture

3.Shows antioxidants property

4.Gives refreshment

Those who have better immunity have a better chance to prevent #infections , #bacteria, #viruses. It is also a good option for normal #tea.

Ingredients :-

??????1. 1 glass of water

??????2. 1 tbsp green tea

??????3.? tbsp cinnamon powder

??????4.2 cloves

??????5.5 mint, tulsi leaves

??????6.? tbsp crushed ginger

??????7.? tbsp dry ginger powder

??????8.? tbsp turmeric.

Procedure-

Boil water

Add all ingredients except green tea

Turn off the flame

Add green tea

  6. #Turmeric- contains antioxidant, anti inflammatory, medicinal properties, kills bacteria, helps prevent cancer, reduces cold symptoms, and boosts the immune system.

Tips-

  1. Drink at least 1 cup in a day
  2. Try to consume in the morning or in the evening.
  3. It is good to prevent colds from monsoon and winter
