Immigration Newsletter for July 2024!

Welcome to the PLG Immigration Newsletter.

This month, our newsletter covers important updates in immigration law. Under Employment Based-Immigration, we'll discuss if separate fees are needed for forms I-765 and I-131 when filing I-485 after April 1, 2024, and issues facing H-1B LLC owners.

In the EB-5 section, we'll explain how the 90-day rule affects switching from B1/B2 to EB-5 visas, using business profits for EB-5 funds, and more.

For Family-Based Immigration, we'll compare consular processing with adjusting status for spouses, and introduce the new "Parole-In-Place" program helping undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens.
