???? H-1B Applicants Can Now Apply To Move To Canada
Exciting news!?Canada's Immigration Minister, Sean Fraser,?unveiled an exciting new initiative . The government is working towards establishing an open work-permit stream, allowing 10,000 American H-1B visa holders, along with their immediate family members, to come and work in Canada
This means that starting from July 16, 2023, H-1B specialty occupation visa holders in the US, along with their immediate family members, will be eligible to apply and embark on a new chapter in Canada. Approved applicants will receive an?open work permit ?for up to three years, which means they can work for almost any employer in Canada. The government is also working on?expanding digital nomad ?visas in the coming years.?
???? H-1B & L-1 Renewals Coming To An Indian Consulate Near You
Good news for Indian professionals working in the U.S.! Prime Minister Narendra Modi has?announced ?that you will be able to renew H-1B & L-1 work visas without having to leave the U.S. in 2024.?
This decision was made as a result of a bilateral meeting between Prime Minister Modi and U.S. President Joe Biden, as part of a diplomatic initiative, "The leaders welcomed an announcement by the US Department of State that it would launch a pilot to adjudicate domestic renewals of certain petition-based temporary work visas later this year, including for Indian nationals, with the intent to implement this for an expanded pool of H1B and L visa holders in 2024 and eventually broadening the program to include other eligible categories."

This app allows travelers who are potentially eligible for the Visa Waiver Program to easily submit their ESTA applications from their smartphones, mobile devices, or tablets. And the best part? You can download the ESTA mobile app from the?App Store ?(Apple) or the?Google Play Store ?(Android). The mobile app is available in 24 different languages. It was designed to serve travelers in all 40 countries whose citizens are permitted by DHS to travel to the United States for business or tourism for stays of up to 90 days without a visa.
With the new ESTA mobile app, you'll have access to a wide range of convenient features! You can effortlessly start your application, quickly scan your passport, easily verify your identity by taking a live video selfie, input your personal and travel information, answer eligibility questions, review and submit your application, make any necessary changes or updates, receive timely notifications, and conveniently store your preferences and profile details within the app.
