One of the major standouts this year will be Vivid House’s return at the Cutaway in Barangaroo, which will feature a 360-degree immersive natural experience bringing together art, light, sound and video from local and international artists.
Rwanda - Ellen DeGeneres Campus - Habitat XR
The South African studio ?Habitat XR collaborated with The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund? to create two new immersive experiences using Mistika VR with support from The Ellen Fund. The “Gorillas in VR” exhibit can be found inside the new Ellen DeGeneres Campus in Rwanda.
London - BBC Earth Experience?
BBC Earth has announced a new revolutionary exhibition in Earl’s Court narrated by Sir David Attenborough. Visitors will be able to enjoy a 360-degree audio-visual journey through all the seven continents of the world while connecting with mesmerizing animals and bringing these exotic environments to life.?

Tokyo - TeamLabs Planets??
Situated in Koto City Tokyo, TeamLab Planets was ideated by the namesake international art collective and it offers one of the most astonishing immersive experiences in East Asia. Audiences will be able to dive into the museum’s adventures barefoot and even wade through a room submerged up to the knees in water. The concept is to “Immerse your Entire Body, Perceive with your Body, and Become One with the World”.
New York - MSG Sphere
This immersive audio experience has now been installed in New York City’s Beacon Theatre and is set to debut in August. Created with German audio company HOLOPLOT , Sphere Immersive Sound uses beamforming technology to create planar waves in order to provide a homogeneous audio effect across the venue.? Audiences will be able to enjoy this innovative experience with two Trey Anastasio concerts.
