Immensa Expands its Post-processing Capabilities

As we approach 2023, Immensa is all the more equipped to achieve its mission of transforming the spare parts supply chain.

Our latest additions reinforce Immensa’s plan to expand its production and post-processing capabilities, particularly in the energy sector.

The newly installed Titan-H2 from Ipsen is a vacuum furnace that can enable heat-treatment processes like annealing, brazing, sintering, and stress relieving with high consistency and minimal contamination.?

Its ultimate vacuum level of 7 Pa helps remove oxygen from the metal’s surroundings, preventing high-temperature oxidation from taking place, which can prove detrimental to the metal part. The vacuum furnace can operate through a high-temperature range of 538-1316 °C and can manage a maximum load of 453 kg at 1316 °C and a load size of 457 mm X 457 mm X 609 mm.

With Immensa’s in-house metal 3D printing and the all-new post-processing capabilities, we can help you additively manufacture and heat-treat metal parts with custom design specifications and a variety of materials to choose from, including SS316L, M300, Ti6Al4V, Inconel 718, and CoCr.

Immensa is the first and only private company in the GCC region to have production and post-processing facilities under one roof. Now, you can print and heat-treat your metals on demand and, in turn, eliminate the need for carrying physical stock and reduce your carbon footprint.
