The longtime strategic growth, contract and procurement expert has supported both government and industry for nearly four decades.

Columbia, MD (October 16, 2024) – Visual Connections, LLC, a minority-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in technology consulting, has named (Pat) Patricia Lomax Lomax as its new Senior Vice President (SVP) and Managing Director, effective immediately.

In her new role, Lomax will continue to leverage her extensive background to drive strategic growth initiatives and foster strong client and industry relationships, building upon her knowledge and deep understanding of managing government contracts, developing pricing strategies, assessing RFP risks, and training in contracts management.

Lomax’s storied career spans almost four decades, and she most recently served as a Strategic Account Executive at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation.? She has also held roles as a Contracts Administrator, Senior Advisor and Business Area Lead (Contracts) for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), and held a long-term role at Fleishman-Hillard where she served as Senior Vice President & Partner, Government Contracts for over 12 years.

Lomax’s career also includes a successful tenure as the business owner of PNL Associates, a company specializing in government contracts and pricing, providing expert guidance on cost and pricing strategies, federal RFP risk assessments, and contracts management compliance and training. In addition to entrepreneurship, she also assumed procurement authority at the Department of Defense and the Army Corps of Engineers from 1985 to 2004.
