3/13/23 Update: ChatGPT has gone through multiple iterations since this article's release and Open AI promises an even more advanced form sometime this week with video, among other additions. What more can be said that hasn't already been covered by thousands of news sites and thought leaders? Interestingly, studies are coming out about the tool's impact and the ways that attention, readership, etc., are changing. Should be equally as interesting to follow these bits of data...

Clinicians are already using ChatGPT to write their letters justifying procedures or experimental treatments.

You can now use a coherent AI for just about anything, and it will reach ~90% proficiency.

Limitations are still there though, as my own testing has shown anything beyond 800 words tends to crash the network, and there are prompt restrictions as well. Additionally, users on TikTok have found examples where it fails basic math and logic questions... As seen here .

But even a quick exploration reveals a plethora of exciting future use cases. Way better than what we had 5-10 years ago.

THAT SAID, here comes the disclaimer: I do not personally condone using this for anything beyond entertainment. The technology gets it wrong sometimes and may have a bias depending on the prompt.
