Immediate action required: Out of File capacity in D365FO Power Platform

Here are the steps to free up storage space under the Power Platform:

1. Determine your current capacity storage usage: This will help you understand how much additional storage capacity is needed.

2. Free up storage: You can free up storage by deleting unwanted data or environments.

• Database: Tables like Workflowlogbase, AsyncOperationBase...
• Files: Like Attachments, may be Email Attachments, Email Messages, or notes.

3. Purchase add-on storage capacity: If you're still running low on storage capacity after freeing up storage, you can add more storage to your subscription. Here are the steps to do so:

- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

- In the left pane, select Billing > Purchase services or Look for Marketplace

- Search for "capacity".

- Select your products as required: Common Data Service File Capacity, Common Data Service Log Capacity, or Common Data Service Database Capacity.

- From the Select license quantity box, enter the number of licenses to purchase.

- Select your billing frequency, and then select Buy to complete the purchase process.

- After completing the purchase process, the additional storage capacity will appear in the Power Platform admin center Capacity page ( Resources > Capacity > Summary ).
