The Immeasurable Value of Natural Born Leaders

Consider the phrase: “Natural Born Leaders will do & achieve what bosses can only dream of or learn from”

Also consider that in the 20th Century it was believed that business was heartless & soulless or brutal in its execution

Add to this understanding, the Hierarchy of order in Meritorious Ecosystems:

  1. Lovers
  2. Thinkers
  3. Influencers
  4. Players
  5. Workers
  6. Fighters
  7. Strugglers

Include the principle that IQ, whether it is above average, average or below average is the Left Brain, EQ is the Right Brain & SQ is our whole brain

We can clearly see that EQ & SQ unintelligent people, are only producing 1/3 of their potential with IQ, then 2/3 with EQ & they are at their full potential with their SQ, whether they are above average, average or below average intelligence

People who are only IQ intelligent, will behave cannibalistic by nature when the Above Average will be the Predator, the Average as a Vulture & the Below Average as scavengers, among themselves, on each tier or from top to bottom in its level of distinction & merit 

This will display the following negative characteristics:

  1. Liar
  2. Deceiver
  3. Abuser
  4. Bully
  5. Manipulator
  6. Narcissist 
  7. Fraudster

Let’s start with the first consideration, business is as much a human entity as it is a physical application

Created by human beings, for human beings to invest in, to employ human beings & to serve & associate, with other human beings

In the form of customers, suppliers, civil society associations, communities, nature, the environment & any other such human interaction, for the purposes of its governance, growth & sustainability

When we add the Civil Laws to this understanding, whereby every Human being is Equal before the Law, as they are before God

The interpretation of its Commercial Law applications, stemming from the Civil Laws, creates the Common-sense, Common-cause & the Common-good of our Human Consciousness, as a business entity or as a commercial enterprise

In order to be in harmony with the Human Consciousness of these Commercial Law applications, to be in unison with our Corporate Governance & Business Rules, whilst conducting ourselves as Civilized, Intelligent & Sophisticated Human Conscious, Human Beings 

We will need to be Emotionally Intelligent (EQ), before we can become Spiritually Intelligent (SQ), to comply with the Spirit of the Law & all of its Commercial Law applications 

Why then would Natural Born Leaders do & achieve what bosses can only dream of or learn from?

The answer is quite simple, not everyone can be a Natural Born Leader, but everyone can be leaders in their own right, when they are living their role, passion & purpose in life

When we are EQ & SQ intelligent, it is easy to identify why the Best Leaders are EQ Intelligent & why the Greatest Leaders, are SQ Intelligent

How do we identify this?

Every Human Being has a role, purpose & an ambition in life, but when they are not EQ & SQ Intelligent, they are not really doing their best work without their EQ & they are also not doing their greatest work, without their SQ, whether they are Natural Born Leaders or not

When we are EQ & SQ Intelligent, we look at the following parameters:

  1. What is their Life Path Number?
    1. What is their Star-sign?
    2. What is their Moon-sign?
  2. What does their name mean?
  3. What is the heritage of their surname?
  4. Are they SQ Intelligent?
    1. Can they determine what is true?
    2. Can they determine their own Human Consciousness, Common-sense, Common-cause & Common-good?
  5. Are they EQ Intelligent?
    1. Can they determine what is real?
    2. Can they determine what is right?
  6. What level of Intelligence do they possess?
    1. Above Average, Average or Below Average?
  7. What is their Academic Qualifications?
  8. What is their reputation?
  9. What is their credibility?
  10. What have they achieved, working on or planning to do?
  11. What is their participation in their families?
  12. What is their participation in civil society?
    1. In their communities?
    2. In NGO`s, Charities or Goodwill initiatives?
    3. In nature or environmental initiatives?
    4. In sport, hobbies or special interests?
  13. How do they balance their work-life balance?
  14. How do they conduct themselves in relationship management & do they possess any of these negative attributes or a criminal record?
    1. Liar, deceiver, abuser, bully, manipulator, narcissist, fraudster?
  15. How do they handle the worst & best situations?
  16. Do they have a good temperament, aptitude & character?
  17. Do they crumble under pressure?
  18. Are they calm, composed & collected under any circumstances?
  19. Do they have the capacity to think consciously, laterally & pro-actively?
  20. How do they identify talent?
  21. Do they view themselves as a talent, an indispensable resource or as a valuable asset?
  22. Do they have the capacity to achieve what is right, real & true on their own?

Naturally, EQ & SQ Intelligent Human Beings who have the Number 1, Life Path Number are Natural Born Leaders

Whether they have achieved it own their own or honed their skills by trial & error, or through their accomplishments or complemented it by academic or other sources of knowledge

Their Natural Born Leadership can be proven to be real, over extended periods of time, by their natural demeanour, accolades, accomplishments, activities & plans, which will prove it to be right, when tested & true when their merit is testified

A Natural Born Leader will behave like a boss, if they are not EQ & SQ Intelligent, because they will only rely on their IQ, whether its Above Average, Average or Below Average

But it will be naturally void of what is right & real, without their EQ or what is true, common-sense, common-cause, common-good & human conscious without their SQ, as they need to learn from somewhere, someone or by themselves with trial & error

A boss who is not a Natural Born Leader, has either honed their skills & knowledge by being mentored by someone else, or by trail & error or by learning on their own or by academic knowledge

The absence of their EQ will demonstrate that they are not at their best without what is right & real, when those decisions or moments present themselves & they will completely fold under a moment of truth, without their greatest character asset, of SQ 

Thus, Natural Born Leaders who are not EQ & SQ Intelligent, or Bosses who are not Natural Born Leaders, will miss their best performances of EQ & their greatest contributions of SQ

This will automatically create the 20th century urban legend, of business being Heartless & Soulless

When the answer is quite simple, the decision makers or management are not EQ & SQ intelligent, stable or mature enough to be in that role

As they would be best served following their best & greatest roles, which they will discover through the questions listed above

Every investor wants a fair or the best & greatest business investments, for the fair, best & the greatest returns

Every employee wants to work with or for the fair, best & greatest companies with humane values to grow with, excel at & prosper on that business journey

As much human beings what to buy & associate themselves, with businesses who are in harmony with the laws of the country, employees, communities, nature & the environment, in the good business journey & as a moderate corporate citizen

It is unnatural for a human being to be in disharmony with their EQ & SQ, as it will cause all sorts of poor decision making, which will result in Emotional & Spiritual Instability, causing an untold amount of mental & psychological dysfunctions

Which will disrupt the ebb & flow of the talent their business has & the ordinary employees, who want to be rewarded fairly for an honest day`s work & wanting to grow with it 

To share in its credentials, accolades, awards, recognition, rewards, bonuses, profit share & shareholding, to include other non-financial benefits of holding their end, of the good faith agreements under which they accepted any trade relations with that business entity

Consider that Corporate Organisations, don`t change until they feel pain, we may begin to clearly see that without EQ & SQ Intelligent Humans Beings, in the form of Natural Born Leaders, Talent & Ordinary Employees, it learns its greatest lessons with the pain of slow or backward growth

Rather than growing optimally under any conditions with the pleasure of EQ & SQ Intelligent Human Beings or exponentially, when the conditions are in its favour

A business is a system that produces actual's, results, facts & figures, based on the principles of value, trust, time, capital & resources

The effects of EQ & SQ unintelligent, immature & unstable people, from top to bottom, will be clearly visible to EQ & SQ Intelligent, Natural Born Leaders

As only they possess the natural capacity to create balance, order & harmony under any conditions, or change the worst performances into the best or to preserve the best conditions even better or optimally, as the challenges present themselves 

When bosses or Natural Born Leaders, who are not EQ & SQ Intelligent are still learning their lessons or working towards what is Right, Real & True, in our Human Consciousness, Common-sense, Common-cause & the Common-Good of being Law Abiding, Moderate Corporate Citizens & Ethical Business Governance 

Only Natural Born Leaders can achieve what is Fair, Good & Great, naturally & beautifully, when the rest are either still dreaming or still learning their lessons or completely out of their depth or found to be wanting without their natural EQ & SQ 

Only the people who have a problem with Authority, Authenticity, Leadership or Talent, are those who are not themselves

As its the mediocre organisations who are completely void of any EQ & SQ Intelligent Humans Beings, who rid themselves of their Talent, Natural Born Leaders & Ordinary Human Beings wanting to do an honest day`s work & excel at what they do best 

May we Appreciate, Preserve & Gratify our Natural Born Leaders, who are at their natural best with their EQ & at their absolute greatest with their SQ

In all the facets of business & society, to instill our natural balance, order & harmony in life & love, whilst remaining calm, composed & collected under any circumstances or conditions  

As they have the natural ability to be an Asset, Authority & Authentic Sources of Leadership, without any distinction of age, gender or any other such division

Natural Born Leadership, is not for the Feint of Heart nor for any Lost Souls either
