2022 is almost over, and we would like to take a moment to look back at this year’s highlights. Demo labs opening around the world, new technical developments, and very interesting results from our users — it has been an exciting year!

New demo labs?—?getting closer to our customers

We opened two demo labs: one at our headquarters in Switzerland, and the other at?WinTech Nano?in Singapore. Both labs are also available for electrical nanoprobing and failure analysis (EFA) services.

Setting up our own nanoprobing lab was a big step for our company. We equipped it with our most advanced?nanoprobing system, a high-end?Tescan Clara SEM?and the best-in-class electrical failure analysis module from? point electronic GmbH .

Over the years of developing applications and supporting our customers, we have built up a strong expertise in probing electrical components down to?5 nm technology nodes?and?SEM electrical failure analysis. Now you can outsource even the most demanding electrical nanoprobing and failure analysis work to us — just let us know.

Products highlights

Our R&D team was very productive this year. To mention just a few developments:

• SEM and Electrical Analysis module of Precisio??unifies the control of the scanning electron microscope, the probers and the EFA controllers.
• Thermal stage?enables temperature-dependent electrical nanoprobing and failure analysis.
• Ultracompact?Microprobing Platform Kit?for 1 miBot? fits any ambient setup such as an AFM, an inspection tool or a probe station.
