3 周Having worked in this amazing institution for over 2 decades, I can confidently say we were never the "know-it-alls." We never arrived with prepackaged solutions. Instead, we learned the problems from those who knew them best ( our client countries), understood their proposed solutions, why they worked or didn’t, and explored alternatives. Our global experience allowed us to share the pros and cons of various methods used worldwide. Together, we crafted workable solutions using our collective experience. Every institution had individuals who acted like they knew everything, and I'm sure they exist here today too. Historically, each new president often thought previous efforts were flawed, leading to shifts in divisions and rebranding old problems with new buzzwords. Yet, the bank continued offering similar services and solutions, with varying success. This is the reality.
