A headliner from Hologic, Inc. who are set to acquire Gynesonics, Inc., a women's health company focused on minimally invasive solutions for $350 million. This follows the exit from the portfolio of SuperSonic Imagine Ltd and the addition of Endomagnetics Ltd over the last 12 months.

Bracco and Subtle Medical announce their collaborative AI-powered software AiMIFY has recicved FDA clearance for MRI of the brain. “This FDA clearance marks a significant milestone for our innovative product, showcasing its potential to transform MRI,” said Fulvio Renoldi Bracco Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Bracco Imaging.

SyntheticMR announced clearances for SyMRI 15 in both the UK and Switzerland. This comes simultaneously with the hire of Francois "Frank" Hebert as the new President, North America replacing Kyle Frye who has taken the CEO role at Cortechs.ai

PIUR IMAGING GmbH has received FDA clearance for it's 3D ultrasound technology, Piur tUS Infinity and is now available in the U.S. It's the world’s first standalone ultrasound enhancement system capable of upgrading nearly any 2D ultrasound device to capture comprehensive 3D images.

Elucid has announced it has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA for it's PlaquelQ Imaging analysis software. PlaqueIQ is the first FDA-cleared non-invasive software that can objectively quantify and classify plaque morphology based on histology.

iCardio.ai , LA start-up co-founded by cardiologists has received FDA approval for it's EchoMeasure software to evaluate electrocardiography data. “The clearance for this system will act as the foundation on which future algorithms will be supported, namely our structural heart disease detection algorithm suite".
