#Imagineer within the Chaos theory

As a young, unstoppable dreamer, Jeff Goldblum's (as Dr Ian Malcom in Jurrasic Park 1993) explanation of Chaos Theory seemed very artistic yet interesting to the always seeking me. Simply explained, Structure and Chaos always thrive together. In nature, in physics, in mathematics...in our lives.

Chaos, in his avatar, gets triggered with the slightest change. A small Anatoly is enough to deter the path. He is unpredictable. Yet, even Chaos follows a pattern. A deep, complex pattern to it. This is Structure , an inevitable part of Chaos. She is guided by simple formulae that ensure life moves on.

In our careers we all operate in the world of unpredictable. We mug up answers before a client meeting hoping to seal the deal but that very day the big boss starts his day with snub from the wife. His reaction to your proposal changes. Better even, Prime Minister of India breaks down at the exact moment when he is taking the oath. He, the man of wit and will changes the way this history is written. The universe moves and conspires in more than unusual ways every moment.

So when Chaos is an inevitable truth, best to accept it and add Structure to it. Each one of us can #Imagineer so much more if we can embrace the change. We will then be focused on the present, the output that willer divine our challenges, our life and everything.
