It is the final day of the year. It’s natural to feel a mix of emotions—hopeful, reflective, and overwhelmed by the idea of change.
Let’s face it: change can be hard. But here’s the thing—it’s also one of the most powerful constants in our lives.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about where to start, I want you to know: you already have everything you need to support yourself through it.
Change doesn’t have to feel impossible, but it does require a starting point. For me, that starting point is always about reconnecting with my vision.
When you’re looking to make a shift—whether it’s in your health, relationships, or career—it’s so important to pause and ask yourself: Who do I want to be on the other side of this? What do I want my life to feel like when I’ve moved through this change?
Here’s why vision is key: when you can clearly picture where you want to go, it becomes easier to make decisions and take steps in alignment with that outcome. It’s like having a North Star—it guides you forward, even when the road feels unclear.
For example, if you’re focusing on your health, envision yourself feeling strong and vibrant, doing the things you love with ease. That vision becomes a force that helps you prioritize choices and actions that align with the person you’re becoming.
If change feels daunting, start small. Take out a journal, reflect on what you want, and let that clarity be your compass.
I’d love to hear from you— Is change challenging for you?
What’s your vision for who you want to be on the other side of change?
Let’s keep the conversation going in the comments!

In this episode of The Nancy Levin Show, I explore the powerful concept of non-negotiables and why they’re so much more meaningful than resolutions. As we close out another year, and step into a new one, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what truly matters and shift our focus from fleeting promises to steadfast commitments that honor our well-being.
Non-negotiables can serve as anchors in our lives, providing clarity, stability, and alignment with our deepest values. We’ll also talk about how balancing connection and solitude plays into this and why it’s essential to listen to your inner needs and give yourself permission to pause.
If you’re tired of the pressure of New Year’s resolutions that fade by February, this episode will guide you in creating a life centered on what you truly need and deserve.

1 个月love this fresh take on resolutions. I was talking with a friend the other day on our walk & she was sharing how she's raising her standards. This past year, she felt very proud of herself for prioritizing exercise & wellbeing. I've been sitting with that since our conversation and getting aligned with the non-negotiables. ?
