Imagine the stories behind those awards - Meet me and other great people 10 April in London

I was asked by the host as one does to write a few lines about myself and the presentation. I thought lets share it here so he can pick and choose and many of you do not know my past.

As an 18 years old I passed the special forces selection out of 100,000 men about two 20 of us of us were selected as leaders amongst the military unit called in Swedish Kustjagarna. After a gruelling and challenging 15 month of specialist training etc I passed as one of the top three out of the unit to get the highest marks. At that time I thought the officers still were Gods so accepting to become an officer in the reserve. BUT after excelling there too as a lieutenant eventually I joined the dark side of the force and became one of those full time serving officers...

16 year, yes sixteen years of service later you can imagine how much fun I had, friends for life, friends who died and life skills that benefit me forever.

While doing that I also fitted in exploration diving, deep sea, wreck penetrations and deep cave exploration teaching hundreds of recreational and technical divers and funny enough teaching SEAL divers to become civilian Dive masters :) Ironic.

Also property happened along the line with commercial property ownership and the financial management from remote since 1997. More real estate work managing property in Congo, Israel, Lebanon, Pakistan yes the list is quite long.

Eventually the management consulting lured me in with great customers, global travel and working with communication negotiation, sales and wining deals.

I eventually gave myself a fantastic 40th day birth day present to retire from being employed by someone else... "Full time" property investor and developer became the result. And in the last few years more and more focus on also buying and controlling more businesses or at least supporting them :)

Partners and treating others like parters is fundamental to have reached where I am today and where I am going next. We will dive in some of the philosophies around trust and how you can find attract them, involve them and work with the right projects together playing to your strengths. This is something I have done in practice for years and that will also be reflected in some of the examples and cases shared. Over the last two years Fredrik has coauthored a book called Trust is the new currency, there will be essential parts of this book that will be shared.

Another element of finding your partner is being found and one way to do that is sharing value for example on social media and with the podcast Invest in You which is also podcasting partner for this event that can happen.
