Imagine , Decide and Execute

Running business/being entrepreneur is all about taking decisions. It even applies to life as well. Everyone is entrepreneur of their life . Every one has control and very much decision making power of their own life unless and until controlled by well funded investors ( parents & relatives).

The decision we take, takes our business to next level. That could be to the next road on road-map or out of the road. In my these many months of experience and observations as entrepreneur I can fairly say/believe if one can not take the tough decision then its actually a bad decision.

Being entrepreneur everyday and every minute you have to make decisions. You won't always be right and that's OK...just make sure you are always clear. Not necessarily all decisions turn out to be good and neither bad. Decisions are just made on the basis of past experience and assumptions of the present & predictions of the future.

All the decisions are of the moment. The decision which worked yesterday may not work today and today' s may not be tomorrow for the same situation. Decisions are like taking turns on signals. The experienced one knows which route to choose having travelled on such roads before. And new one takes turn then learns. Sometime what we thought of short route turns out time expense.

The success of any individual depends on these,

1. Imagination : First one has to imagine the what has be to done, imagine the success , live through it. Keep imagining till you are convinced. There is no hurry, good things take time. Your inner voice should say yeah this is the one , yes I have to chase this imagination.Its like falling in love with most beautiful person on this earth.

2. Decision : Having clear imagination, now time to chase , follow it and dream about it. Next step is make tough decisions and stick to it no matter what it takes.

3.Execution : Once you have decided, now very important thing is to execute so that you make worth of your decision. Unless executed properly any tough decisions wont help you. Having made decision if not execute is half failure. Keep close eye on execution. Keeping self motivated is much needed aspiration to execute the imagination.

When strong imagination makes you take tough decision and tough decision keep you motivated and motivation pushes you to execute then success is all yours.

Dare enough to Imagine and bold enough to take tough decisions and strong enough to execute to reward your risk.
