I'm Today !!

Happy new year everyone.

Today some of you know me as an HR Business partner in Saint-Gobain. Prior to this L&D guy in Numeric India. Everyone would have had some hardships in their life to build their career. As I also do.

Jumping from 10th standard to 11th to choose the stream which will decide your career. Choosing the under graduation course in the college then comes Post-graduation. Grabbing the opportunity to the first step of your career. It has all been very nice to me. Life has always been very supportive to me through some people around me like parents, friends, and good souls around me. My parents were very supportive whenever and wherever I take a decision personally or professionally. I also had add-ons like friends and a few good souls around me to support me.

But an important thing which I wanted to mention here is, I was very mischievous and naughty during 10th standard and I had a street fight with my class boys. Then I and my friends were handed over to the police from the opposite gang which ruined my confidence completely. Wherever I go after that, my cousins-teachers-friends were treating me like S*** completely. The school was not ready to provide admission for my Higher secondary. I lost interest in going to the same school back and joined another school and completed my 11th and 12th standard. After that, I was not at all appreciated for scoring good marks in academics, my poetry was thrown to the dustbin, my handshakes were sanitized. I took all that inside and I built whatever am today. Fighting in the streets during school time was not a sin and it can be corrected by proper care to any kid.

When every parent was pushing their kid to do Engineering in 2012, I chose B.sc statistics in Madras Christian College fondly known as MCC which changed my life entirely. It was a good garden I made from which am enjoying a fruit today. I did social work and started my career as an HR.

People who laughed at me for fighting in the street and who made jokes for not doing Engineering ...sharing their resume to my mail ID & WhatsApp for a Job opening to me. The school which didn't give me admission for 11th standard called me two times for life skill training for their students. Now they are expecting me to teach a few digital initiatives for their teachers to make effective online classes. Which I agreed and was happy to do for them.

When society gives you something which is good or bad, accept that and give it back with 100 percentage.

Mistakes will help you to learn, but learning will help you to never make mistakes again.
