I’m taking action for mental wellbeing - how about you?

Did you know that one in five people aged 16-85 experience mental illness in any year. The most common being depression, anxiety and substance use disorder. Its highly likely we’ve all experienced this at some point - or at the very least know someone who has…And sometimes we miss the signals completely…Imagine if we could really make a difference? Well we can! Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on mental wellbeing. It can relieve stress, improve memory, help you sleep better, and boost overall mood. And you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to reap the benefits - So this year I’m taking action by agreeing to take on a challenge of my own!
