I’m Stressed About Vacation

It’s that feeling of dread you might experience at the end of a fun weekend, as you think about tackling your Monday to-do list. Some people go through it on a weekly basis, but I only really get them when returning from a long vacation. I usually waste my last few hours worrying about the messages I’ve missed, the emails that will need responding to, and the extra work I’ll have to put in to catch up.
In just a few days, I’ll be heading off on a long break for the holidays, and I’m determined to come back to work in January feeling refreshed.
