I'm still amazed by the amount of 5 - 6 figure earners swapping health for Money!


The other day I was talking to a GP, not about me!

About them!!

What amazes me is that she was totally neglecting herself and came to me for help!

Eating a lot of unhealthy food! No exercise!

Way Too much wine!

Not focusing on herself at all!

Amazing! a Doctor that's not even looking after her own health!

Ok I know you might feel pressured to work really hard in your business or career,

You might feel worn out after a long day but there are so many things you can still do to take control of how you feel and start taking more care of yourself.

You're a highly paid professional but that doesn’t mean you're invincible!

You do not value yourselves as much as you value money!

I understand why,

You have been through really tough times in the past,

You don’t BELIEVE you can give yourself the care and time you need,

BIG MISTAKE!

You feel you need to work constantly but, here's the thing….

YOU DONT! You can change your perception of anything in life,

This actually just runs you down.

I've done this so many times in the past!

Worries are Sooooo unnecessary our minds get carried away thinking of the worst things that can happen.

We end up creating our own problems!

Pretending you have everything together even when your body has clearly been neglected and your feeling stressed and anxious?

You're leaving yourself vulnerable to falling apart.

This affects you emotionally, physically and professionally.

You can save yourself the embarrassment and stop those fears of being seen as a failure simply by getting a new perspective on yourself,

On your body,

and what it really needs while you learn more about your mind.

When you do this you will feel like a new person, calm, clear-headed, truly happy and feeling so energized.

Finally valuing yourself, proud your body and your true self!

Never worry about how you look for your next talk, promotional photos or on your videos, just full of true confidence and feeling so good.

So your first steps are…

1)Analyze how you spend your time and set boundaries to give yourself some breathing space,

2)Identify emotional pain, worries and negative thoughts that need reprogramming.

3)Start telling your self I have plenty of time, I have plenty of money, I love myself, I am enough!

4)Think about activities that make you move, feel good and make you step away from the computer for a little while.
