I'm on Skool -> This is how I grew it on Auto Pilot

My process is simple and my goal in October is to cut more.

As well as spend more time in the business and less time on.

Heres what I did to build a community that would grow naturally without trying? (P.S. if you have to invite every member that joins your community and no one joins naturally probably don't have to say this pivot)

  • First build a community that you could wake up with no competition don't be another of someone else.

  • Second serve two audiences those on skool and those outside put skool in your about page there the people that will keep engagment high and the culture fun these are people that are also building skool communities so they'll just naturally want to join. Have another avatar though that you filter from one social media and you solve there problem. Me Linkedin and helping them find clients.

  • Three provide value, make categories that people would want to post in. How? You know your niche better then me but say fashion fit check. art share your art, social media share your post, skool community owners share what your working on.

  • Fourth- Steal peoples offer - let me explain, if someone is doing a video series in another community for a certien price and you see it works why wont it work in your niche, if you see someone outside of skool doing something and crushing it in your niche why want it work in your business. Don't make up the wheel. This is why I created a 3 video series one time payment that literally solves the struggles I got in the membership questions.

P.S -> Membership questions is answers to problems, content, as well solutions members are looking for.

P.S.S -> Make sure you add more members then which churn. Lol makes sense.

Churn happens naturally, how you solve it is by adding new people having new people join and changing things up. Think of apple, no one talks about apple and then release an iPhone and boom everyone talks about it.

Thats marketing, marketing is the change and brand is the culture the value, and the solution.

P.S.S.S.

"Speak your goals out and document" - yes! That's the kind of free-flow thinking that unlocks real potential. How's it changing your approach?

Building a community that grows organically comes down to genuine value. When people are drawn in naturally, engagement stays authentic and strong.

Looks exciting! Is it all about growth on LinkedIn? Also is it a paid community membership?
