I have set myself a challenge of running the Brighton Marathon (26.2 miles) on the 12th April !

I have decided to represent Mind, a charity which is close to my heart for a number of reasons. Firstly in memory of a friend who sadly took her own life in 2011 and secondly to acknowledge the support it has given to members of my family over the years. Mind are there to make sure that anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support. They also aim to break down the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health. Each year 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem and shockingly each week over 100 people in the UK take their own lives.

Every penny I raise will make sure that people with a mental health problem have somewhere to turn and any donation you make will spur me on greatly...
