I’m ready to mentor you.

Real mentorship is hard to find these days. There is fractured information across social platforms, newsletters, panels, fireside chats, and Instagram lives. You name it––there’s some amount of information about it out there. 

But it’s not enough. Mentorship isn’t a “3 tips to get your business started today” kind of thing. I can’t even begin to tell you how many of these “X number of tips” or “my secret to” promos I see. It pains me to watch business educators taking the shortcut to clicks, dumbing down their content to the point where no matter what you click on, listen to or watch, it all starts to sound the same. 

Finding real mentorship is something that takes time, hard work, and a real commitment to yourself. Because entrepreneurship isn’t simple. It isn’t easy. And, if you don’t have mentorship, it means feeling your way around in the dark. Believe me, I’ve been there –– and it’s the mentors in my life who have held my hand as warehouses meltdown, customers are outraged. Over my fifteen years as a founder, I’ve found myself in over my head over and over and over again. And over again. 

Now that I’ve put in the hours, had the champagne clinks, magazine covers, and public failures to prove it, I’ve moved on to mentor a new generation of entrepreneurs. Where Nasty Gal gave women confidence, Girlboss inspired them. And now, with Business Class, I’m finally here to mentor real entrepreneurs feeling their way around in the dark to shine a light on what’s around the corner so they don’t have to learn as painfully as I did. 

Which is why I’m hell-bent on bringing my digital entrepreneurship course, Business Class, to as many founders as possible. From folks with a good idea all the way to those managing explosive growth, the students in Business Class, as well as our online community, The Lounge (yes, airline puns galore!), are joining forces to learn the ins and outs of building profitable businesses that make an impact. 

What I mean to say by all of this is that I’m possessed to mentor you. And that’s why I’m flinging open the doors to Business Class again this March. If all of this is new to you, that’s fine. If you know who I am and what Business Class is, that’s fine too. No matter what stage your business is in, you can get the chops you need to get unstuck and fly high with me and an amazing community.
