I'm ready for the break, are you?
As we approach Christmas, it is essential to take a break from work and technology and fully immerse ourselves in the present moment. Watching children open their presents and witnessing their genuine happiness reminds us of the true spirit of Christmas. It is also a time for reflection, as we remember those who brought us joy but are no longer with us.
I cannot talk about Christmas without mentioning the magical figure of Santa Claus. Known by many names, Santa brings excitement and wonder to millions of children worldwide. His jolly appearance, twinkling eyes, and round belly capture the imagination of young and old alike.
The anticipation of his arrival, for my young children, whether through the chimney or with a magical key, adds to the enchantment of Christmas. New PJ’s, Christmas Eve present, leaving out treats for Santa and his reindeer, like a glass of something and a mince pie, further adds to the magic and excitement.
Christmas is a special time that has the power to uplift our spirits and bring joy to people of all ages. It serves as a reminder of family, togetherness, and creating lasting memories. As I grow older, I find myself treasuring the memories of past Christmases.
If your having family round, I wish you a successful Christmas dinner, hope the military operation goes to plan!!
To all my Linkedin Contacts have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
