I’m in listening mode
AMI has been around since the late 90s and as many of you know, I was an active peer group member for years before I bought it from the founder. It looks very different today because I keep asking myself a single question:
“What do agency owners like me need?”
That has led to new workshops, a 401K and Defined Benefit Program offering, healthcare option, almost 300 podcast episodes, and so much more. If I get a wild hair about something and think you will find it valuable, then we try to create, find or connect you to that resource, tool or insight.
But now I would like to ask you the same question. What do you need? How can AMI be a better resource? What should we offer that we don’t? Are there things we do that we should deliver in a different way?
I’ve asked our research partner, Susan Baier from Audience Audit, to put together a survey so we can hear from you.
