I’m kinda embarrassed to admit this…

I work from home. Some days I literally don’t leave the house.?

Ouch.?

It’s pretty embarrassing to admit, but I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one.?

And some days I get lonely.?

There are those other folks, like me, who loved not having to leave home or go out during lock down. I could stay home and work all day, every day, and be completely content. It takes all kinds. Find you joy and build THAT work life. :)

I think non-profit leaders really need to lean into the fact that this role can be isolating and that we have special needs to find peers and support because the work is so incredibly exhausting

Looking forward to giving this one a listen, this is so timely, as lots of conversations I've been having with folks lately, especially those in the consulting space is how lonely it can be to not have a permanent team to bond with.
