1 年There are those other folks, like me, who loved not having to leave home or go out during lock down. I could stay home and work all day, every day, and be completely content. It takes all kinds. Find you joy and build THAT work life. :)

1 年I think non-profit leaders really need to lean into the fact that this role can be isolating and that we have special needs to find peers and support because the work is so incredibly exhausting
