Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Business Strategy Manager.


[Purpose of the Job]

Responsible for analytical & strategic reporting to Business Strategy Team to build strategy guidance to its European subsidiaries and sales, products & marketing in terms of its business operation perspectives including various executive level meeting.


[Key Responsibilities]

(1) Business Operation

- Direct report to Business Strategy Director

- Drive to achieve net sales targets in accordance with Management Plan and also each month target planning

- Increase the company’s market share, especially premium market share to the target level

- Prepare weekly internal leadership meeting with a view to achieving the company’s volumes, revenues and Operating profit as defined in Management Plan and also in line with Target Planning

- Coordinate the day-to-day business activities of the company’s European subsidiaries and make align HQ’s strategic directions through conference calls and European subsidiary visits.

- Responsible for monthly profit and sales analysis, down to by model level to come up insights for head of the department and leadership team with strategic direction recommendations

- Compile business strategy documents of own accord, and work across team functions to support empirical comprehension of fact based sales risk and opportunity scenarios.

- Create strategic directions for regular executive management reporting and ad-hoc reports as required

- Proactively engage subsidiaries and HQ to identify best practice and formulate guidance for implementation with appropriate internal partners.

- Identify and develop new additional sales opportunities through leveraging of the department/key account/ B2B team

(2) Business Intelligence Dashboard Management

- Planning for the business intelligence dashboards as required

- Co-work with developers to maintain business intelligence dashboards


[Requirements]

(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Must have minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in Marketing & Sales related jobs

(3) Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills for a broad across a broad range of teams including, subsidiaries, marketing and product management.

(4) Strong analytical and presentation abilities

(5) Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail

(6) Exceptional at team member management in a highly matrixed organization

(7) Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, return on investment, etc.

(8) Competitive MS Office skill – Excel, PPT, Word


[Conditions]

(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park, free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Job type: full-time & permanent

(3) Hybrid working: 3 days in office & 2 days work from home

(4) Annual basic salary: up to 80K (depending on experience)

(5) Performance based bonus, medical insurance(family cover), car allowance, etc.

(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
