Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Business (Sales Operation) Analyst.
[Purpose of the Job]
Responsible for all kinds of sales activities such as customer contract management and communication, monthly invoicing, monthly/yearly business performance forecasts including revenue and profit prediction, project execution from supplier contracts, and product/service delivery/implementation to payment to vendors, project profit management and project closing. The company is running a single ERP system globally to process all business transactions so an understanding of SAP structure is highly required for this job.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Preparing quotations, making contracts, creating and issuing invoices to customers
(2) Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries
(3) Maintain and update sales and customer records
(4) Liaise with the Operations and Logistics to ensure timely project completion and deliveries
(5) Management of overseas subsidiaries coordinating with all departments to complete each project.
(6) Liaising with the finance department, assisting with all IT assets in the internal databases for both finance and operations
(7) Assisting management with regular sales reports and ad hoc documents
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Must have relevant experience in sales support (making contracts/ billing/ negotiating etc.)

(3) Must have a good understanding of ERP system preferably SAP
(4) Ability to liaise with internal and external customers.
(5) Good communication / Negotiation skill
(6) Good team player
(7) Flexible to work in a multi-cultural environment
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 12 month contract (subject to be extended)
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
(4) Annual basic salary: up to 40K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
