If your company doesn't sponsor - you're losing out - big time!

It's been a roller coaster of 457 changes but there have been some recent wins in the Digital/IT lists making it far moire attractive for top talent to relocate to Aus.

I know that here in QLD, Australia - it's not that cut and dry to register your business to be eligible to sponsor Skilled, Experienced, Digital Experts. I get that...BUT, it's not that hard either. And the amount of companies that aren't equipped to sponsor because of some preconceived idea of it's difficulty is astounding.

The battle for talent is real, we are running out of the skill sets we need right here in Brisbane. On a daily basis I have to cast the net waaaaayyyy beyond Brisbane to find top talent demanded by the clients we work with.
