I’m a Functional application Consultant at CAL Consult

Hi, my name is Melanie. I am functional application consultant at CAL Ede.

I have been working here for 2 years and it is my first job in this kind of business and also my first job in the Netherlands. I am from Germany and I am very glad, that CAL Consult give me this chance.

I barely had any experience in IT, but I get the opportunities to learn new stuff as a newcomer and to establish myself quite well in this business and also in the Netherlands. Working as a Functional Application Consultant at CAL Consult means that I have to work on different problems throughout the day, either in support as well as an account consultant.

I learn a lot about how CALwms is configures and how it’s been implemented. I am very happy to have the variety between the technical side and also the customer contact.

I have also recently become responsible for basic training of WMS internally and externally. I enjoy this very much and I am glad that CAL Consult has the trust in me to do this already after 2 years. I am also very happy with the whole team at CAL Consult. My colleagues are very friendly and always ready to help when I have questions.

I really enjoy coming to the office and a big part of that is because of the open and friendly atmosphere I am welcomed by here every day. I am very grateful for that.
