It’s the first Monday of the new year. We have arrived at 2016. Some of us never thought that we would get here. Somehow we survived and lived to see another day.
Last year sent me for a loop — I didn’t really feel like I knew where I was going or how I doing it — somewhat feeling unstable – mentally, physically and emotionally. Along with the world taking me for a spin in my personal and professional life, I still felt blessed during the holidays. I survived.
