I’m *finally* announcing it: Business Class is here!

This was a quick pivot 15 years in the making.

Today, Fast Company announced my new venture, Business Class

As I write this, I’ve been awake now 20 hours tweaking the landing page, putting the final touches on copy, trolling websites to license stock images, and smashing every link to ensure it works––and then smashing it again.

Business Class is a comprehensive online course for serious founders who are ready to start a business, as well as existing entrepreneurs who want to professionalize their game.

I’ve written over 200 pages of worksheets (and put my next book on hold to do it), recorded hours of video lessons, and packed in as much as I possibly could.

Although you get lifetime access when you enroll in Business Class, the first 8 weeks are guided by youuurs truly. Each week beginning October 12, a new Flight (what we call modules) will drop along with that week’s videos, worksheets, and transcripts. I’ll host weekly group video calls to answer all of your questions about the materials, as well as entrepreneurship in general.

Here’s what you can expect to learn:

On Flight 1, you’ll learn which areas of your business you’re best at, allowing you to use your superpowers to their maximum potential and identify your gaps. You’ll identify the problem your product or service solves and how to identify the white space that will set your business apart from the pack.

On Flight 2, you’ll gain critical insights into who your customer is (I like to call them your Perfect Passenger), and figure out whether or not you’re on the right track.

On Flight 3, you’ll craft an iconic brand identity that marketers only dream of—and that will attract raving fans.

On Flight 4, you’ll gain visibility into the sometimes foggy ins and outs of business ownership with best practices that will cover your ass now—and in the long haul.

On Flight 5, we’ll cover the winning tools, tactics, and psychology you need to ensure you attract and convert the right people at the right time—and keep them.

On Flight 6, we'll craft a compelling end-to-end customer experience for your business. We'll go above and beyond to dive into what going above and beyond truly looks like and look at the brands that do customer experience right—and how they do it.

On Flight 7, you'll learn how to attract, hire, and retain great people—and what tools and processes you'll need to manage them. You'll also leave with an understanding of what great leadership looks like and how to not only define a great culture, but live up to it.

In addition to all of this, you’ll also receive our gorgeous Flight Manual delivered to your doorstep no matter where in the world you are.

You’ll also have access to bonus amenities like lessons on pitching yourself to the press and negotiating like a motherf*cker. Tori Bell, founder of Black Women at Facebook will share how to build an inclusive organization and examine unconscious bias, and Gina Bianchini, founder and CEO at MightyNetworks will share her secrets to building strong digital communities.

Aaaand there are a bunch of free legal agreements––including a prenup. Because… I’ve been there too.

I’ve also personally pledged $200,000 to underrepresented founders. To accomplish this, Business Class has partnered with digitalundivided, a 501(c)(3) that provides economic empowerment to Black and Latinx female entrepreneurs, as well as Out Leadership, a global LGBT+ business network helping businesses grow through inclusion.

I know the word “success” gets thrown around a lot, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to really reframe what that word means to me. With Business Class, success won’t be that I sell a bazillion courses. It won’t be accolades or Instagram followers. Success will mean that what I’ve created is meaningful to... someone. If Business Class changes one person’s life, this will be a great success. I really hope it will change yours.

Doors aren’t open for long, so reserve your seat on Business Class today. ??

See you on the runway,

Sophia
