I’m an Environmental happiness Consultant at CAL Consult

Hi, my name is Frodo. I’m an Environmental Happiness Consultant at CAL Consult Ede, and I am currently making sure that our colleagues are feeling happy. I have been working here for more than eight years, and it was my first job ever. I had no experience of feeling like anything was to be expected of me, but CAL Consult provided me with enough support and opportunities to be able to develop myself as a skilled Consultant.

I enjoy doing my job, and I do so here at CAL Consult. It is a friendly environment and all colleagues are willing to help you when you need them. Not only on a professional level, but also on a personal level. In the beginning there were some colleagues who were a bit afraid of me but I was able to manage to change that rapidly due to my social intelligence.

I am 14 years old now, so that's 98 years converted to human years, and as you can see I'm flexible enough to accept my favorite snack from whoever wants to give it to me.

To see my colleagues smile and greet me the moment they see me makes my day. During my laps through the departments, I find the one on one sessions to be very meaningful as it provides an extra smile and snack.
